These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AssetTrack website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by AssetTrack Social Inc. (“AssetTrack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Not investment advice
AssetTrack is a social platform for sharing verified holdings and investment rationale. We do not suggest, recommend, or advise on the buying or selling of any security or trade. All investment decisions are yours alone, and you are solely responsible for your financial choices and any resulting gains or losses.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using AssetTrack, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account and brokerage connections
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. When you connect a brokerage account, you authorize us to access read-only data through our integration partners. You may disconnect your account at any time. You may not share your account credentials or use another user’s account without permission.
4. User content and conduct
You retain ownership of the content you post, and you grant us a limited license to use, display, and distribute it on the Services. You may not post misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal content, or use the platform to manipulate others, harass users, or distribute spam.
5. Privacy and data
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any investment losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services in the twelve months prior to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid anything.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
